Fudgy Brownies
Delightfully dense chocolate brownie covered with ganache and topped with a buttercream rosebud.

Cannoli
A smaller version of the classic Italian favorite. Each pastry shell is hand-crafted to perfection and filled with home-made custard, ricotta or chocolate ricotta center. You can also “kick it up a notch” with shells dipped in dark chocolate, adding miniature chocolate chips to the ricotta filling, or adding chopped pistachio nuts on each end.

Mini Cheesecake
An old family favorite cheesecake recipe made in miniature form so you don’t have to share! This is a buttery graham-cracker crust with a creamy cheesecake filling followed by a layer of sweetened sour cream and topped with a white and dark chocolate garnish.

Chocolate Pâté
Truly death by chocolate, this small dessert is packed with a perfect combination of several textures and flavors, including a crunchy almond pastry, a rich mixture of roasted chopped almonds and chocolate, a layer of white chocolate ganache laced with amaretto and a fluffy chocolate mousse, all covered with a final coating of chocolate ganache.

Genois
Light jelly-roll cake filled with fudge, buttercream and European raspberry all rolled up and covered with an apricot glaze.

Gianduia Gold Cups
Rich, dark chocolate cup filled with milk chocolate, Nutella and chopped hazelnuts covered with dark chocolate and topped with a toasted hazelnut.

Lemon Bars
Flaky pastry crust with a tangy lemon filling. This is a dominant lemon flavor untainted by the milkiness of cream, evaporated or condensed milk. It is just tart enough to make your mouth pucker a teeny bit.

Mini Almond Cakes
Moist almond cake with a white chocolate ganache frosting garnished with a drizzle of chocolate.

Petit Four
A 3-layered almond petit four filled with a seedless European raspberry jam, covered with a confectioner’s sugar glaze and topped with a buttercream rosebud.

Puff Pastry
A dollop of lemon and vanilla flavored cheesecake is wrapped in rich flaky pastry. For a little variety, these can be done with a pumpkin cheesecake filling.

Tartlets
Buttery tartlet shell filled with a layer of European raspberry, a swirl of raspberry mousse and another dot of European raspberry to bring it “over the top.” These tartlets are also available with a sweet cream-cheese filling, topped with seasonal fresh fruit and covered with an apricot glaze.

Truffle Bars
Flaky pastry crust followed by fudge, topped by a delightful raspberry nugget, another layer of fudge and topped with a buttercream “star.”
